Request approval of  three-day, out-of-state field trip to Charleston, South Carolina, for participants of the Teaching American History grant seminar on April 17, 18, and 19.

Seminars will be conducted by professional historians and consultants. All expenses are covered in the federal DOE grant.  Participants will be paid a stipend for non-school days.  Substitutes for the in-school days will be paid from the grant.  The bus company's certificate of insurance is already on file in the finance office.

This is year two of the three-year Teaching American History grant.
